Want to join the ride?  We are recruiting a Pipefitter / Welder to join the production team of our workshop in Surgères. The team's mission is to carry out the requalification of the piping of nuclear backup engines that are refurbished in our workshop. To do this, they perform disassembly, inspection, repair, fabrication, and reassembly of the entire piping system. As a Pipefitter / Welder, your key responsibilities are: <ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Participate in the inspection of the pipes of the engine to be requalified,</li><li>Shape the pipes (bending, cutting to length) according to piping plans and/or according to the original pipes of the engine,</li><li>Perform TIG welding on Steel / Stainless Steel while applying the defined DMOS,</li><li>Carry out brazing operations with a torch on Steel / Stainless Steel while respecting the defined DMOS,</li><li>Ensure the traceability of parts and subassemblies at each stage of production,</li><li>Acknowledge and comply with safety and quality instructions applicable to the workshop, sector, and workstation (posters, job sheets, procedures, quality plan...),</li><li>Verify that production, lifting, and control means are compliant before using them,</li><li>Perform first-level maintenance operations when defined, maintain, clean, and organize the workstation according to the established 5S standards,</li><li>Report safety incidents (near misses, dangerous situations) and quality issues (non-conformities) through We Care and SAP notifications,</li><li>Propose safety and quality improvement actions related to your activity,</li><li>Daily report the time spent (SAP, attendance sheet...)</li></ul> What we expect from you: <ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Diploma in metalworking: Professional Bac in metalworking / BEP in metalworking</li><li>TIG welding qualifications for Steel/Stainless Steel and Brazing qualifications for Steel/Stainless Steel would be a plus</li><li>Good reading skills for metalworking plans,</li><li>Rigor / professional awareness</li></ul> Nous recrutons un Tuyauteur / Soudeur pour rejoindre l'équipe de production de notre atelier de Surgères.  L'équipe à pour mission de réaliser la requalification de la tuyauterie des moteurs de secours nucléaire qui sont remis à neuf dans notre atelier.
