The successful candidate will take full ownership of contract strategy, drafting, negotiation, commercial risk management, and contract administration, working in close partnership with Legal and cross functional stakeholders across development, engineering, construction, finance, and insurance. </div><div>This role requires a seasoned contracting professional with deep experience structuring and negotiating EPC agreements.
