In this role, you will primarily work with the Product Development team to plan and execute production campaigns, ensure and improve process reliability, and contribute to process optimization efforts. You will also work with the Engineering team to fabricate components, modify process equipment, conduct preventative maintenance, and support facility improvement projects.  Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate pilot-scale equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and experimental protocols.</li><li>Monitor process variables, record data, and respond to alarms or deviations.</li><li>Prepare equipment and materials for experimental runs, including setup, calibration, and cleaning.</li><li>Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) and basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation components.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process optimization and equipment improvements, including safety, efficiency, and ease of operation.</li><li>Maintain records of equipment performance, maintenance, modifications. Document sampling events and sample submissions for quality assurance testing.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external Engineering resources to fabricate, install, and evaluate process modifications.</li></ul>Requirements   The job is performed in a hands-on work environment. The employee must have the ability to sit, stand, walk and lift 35 pounds unassisted or more than 35 pounds assisted.
