Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Customer Quotation Management: Review customer expectations, align with account managers and Lead Centers, prepare pricing, and handle the quoting process within CRM, including follow-up.</li><li>Sample and Tooling Management: Handle all relevant sample and tool orders in alignment with the relevant production plants, including the invoicing process.</li><li>Pricing Management: Maintain customer-specific prices in SAP and manage price increases in alignment with account managers.</li><li>Customer Master Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.</li><li>Support on Customer Contracts: Assist with terms and conditions, commercial/logistics/price agreements.</li><li>Commercial Handling: Manage customer-specific requirements and handle customer debit/credit notes.</li><li>CRC coordination: is the reference person for REACH declaration.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Educational Background:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related technical field.</li><li>Professional Experience: Previous experience in a commercial field, preferably in Customer Service or Inside Sales.</li><li>Language Skills: Fluent in Italian, English, and French, German is a plus.</li><li>Technical Skills: Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook), and ERP (SAP), CRM, REACH declarations.</li><li>Customer Orientation: Strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction.</li><li>Communication &amp; Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, positive approach, and ability to build strong partnerships.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
