Here are some of the perks and rewards:<ul><li>A competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance) </li><li>Generous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell‘ </li><li>A focus on continued personal development </li><li>Paid time off work for volunteering in the community </li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Programme which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle </li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies for large power and temperature control projects.</li><li>Identify and evaluate potential opportunities from warm leads.</li><li>Provide recommendations to boost sales within Major Projects.</li><li>Receive customer enquiries, quote for work, negotiate contracts, and secure orders.</li><li>Identify value-added engineering opportunities.</li><li>Promote Aggreko’s engineering and technical resources, and deliver high-value, profitable projects.</li><li>Coordinate with all Aggreko functions on engineering and project planning, execution, invoicing, and market training.</li><li>Work with Marketing to develop advertising, PR, sales campaign strategies, and literature.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Commercial background dealing with large power or temperature control projects.</li><li>A technical or engineering background.</li><li>Strong commercial awareness.</li><li>Ability to develop stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across wider teams.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time.</li><li>Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and think beyond day-to-day remit.</li><li>Expert-level negotiation skills with commercial terms and legal agreements.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
