This role requires greenfield implementation knowledge, where you will build scalable systems and processes from the ground up.</span></div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will: </h3><ul><li>Design Scalable Salesforce Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions like Marketing Automation, CDP, Service Cloud, etc that scale with the growth of our ride-hailing robotics company, ensuring alignment with our long-term business strategy.</li><li>Manage Complex Integrations: Oversee complex integrations between Salesforce and other key business systems, ride-hailing platforms, and external third-party services.</li><li>Set Development Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines across Salesforce projects to ensure high-quality and efficient execution.</li><li>Cross-Functional Program Leadership: Lead and manage large, multidisciplinary programs that span beyond Salesforce, working with teams in product development, engineering, operations, and customer experience to drive business transformation.</li><li>Optimize Platform &amp; Business Performance: Continuously monitor and enhance Salesforce performance while also identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems across the organization.</li><li>Ensure Security &amp; Compliance: Ensure that Salesforce and other integrated systems meet security, compliance, and data governance standards, particularly in an industry dealing with autonomous vehicles and sensitive data.</li><li>Scale Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives aimed at scaling operations effectively, introducing automation and process improvements across various departments to support the growth of the company.</li><li>Champion Innovation &amp; Transformation: Stay ahead of industry trends in both Salesforce and autonomous technology, bringing forward-thinking solutions to the organization and driving transformative change.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Extensive experience (8+ years) in Salesforce architecture and program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale implementations and complex cross-functional initiatives both within and outside of Salesforce.</li><li>Greenfield Implementation Expertise: Knowledge and experience in leading greenfield implementations, building scalable systems, processes, and integrations from the ground up in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.</li><li>Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs) and a deep understanding of CRM processes, including Sales, Marketing, and Service environments.</li><li>Cross-Disciplinary Program Management: Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex programs beyond Salesforce, with experience in managing teams across diverse disciplines (e.g., product development, engineering, operations).</li><li>Integration &amp; Automation Skills: Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other business systems, leveraging iPaaS tools, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency across departments.</li><li>Strategic Vision &amp; Business Acumen: Ability to think strategically, balancing technical execution with business outcomes, and capable of driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals.</li><li>Clear Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the business.</li><li>Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect) are highly desirable.
