This role is responsible both account management and new business development in the Refrigeration sector of our business.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Proactively seek new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as food processing, cold storage, and new applications for Industrial Screw Compressors.</li><li>Generate Leads, qualify prospects, and manage the order intake pipeline to achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Understand customer requirements and provide commercial and technical guidance on the selection, design, and application of industrial refrigeration.</li><li>Develop detailed proposals and review project specifications based on customer needs.  Collaborate with sales agents and engineering teams to ensure accuracy of technical solutions.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including sales agents, consulting engineers, contractors, and procurement specialists.  Provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle through commissioning and after installation.</li><li>Monitor Industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in Industrial Refrigeration.  Provide feedback to product managers and engineers to enhance offerings to maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff on product features and selection software tools, and digital products.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tool and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.</li><li>Attend and assist with setting up trade shows.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><ul></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsEducation and Experience:<ul><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of industrial controls products and applications</li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.</li><li>Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required</li><li>Willingness to travel as required</li><li>Willingness to travel 10-15%</li></ul>The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.  GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.  You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.Please note: This position is based in the United States and does not offer visa or work sponsorship.
