Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.</div>What You Will Be Doing:We are seeking a proactive and technically minded Sourcing Lead to join our growing team. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, primarily our mechanical engineering and machining teams to source and procure custom mechanical parts and raw materials. This position offers the opportunity to lead key initiatives that strengthen our supply chain and vendor partnerships. This is an onsite role that reports directly to the Manager of Sourcing and Procurement at our Everett, WA office.You Will<ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Source raw material (aluminum, stainless steel, copper, G10, HDPE, etc) in various form factors (bar, plate, sheet, tubing, etc), CNC cutting tools (mills, drills, reamers, inserts, etc), and workholding (vises, chucks, fixtures, clamps, etc) as needed to support operations.</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Support in-source/out-source decision making to procure custom mechanical parts in collaboration with engineering and machining teams. Drive BOM cost reductions and secure production capacity to meet production and prototype NPI schedule requirements.</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Identify new vendors and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to develop a diverse and robust supply chain.</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Lead bidding efforts.
