Ideal candidates will demonstrate an "anything is possible" attitude and approach their work with drive and determination. If you have a good track record working with electric vehicles, learn quickly, strive for perfection, and enjoy operating in a fast-paced environment, then we would like to hear from you.</p><p>You Will:</p><p>· A.S.E. certified automotive technician.</p><p>· Become a technical expert of Lucid vehicles.</p><p>· Diagnose, maintain, repair and support upgrades of Lucid Motors engineering test vehicles.</p><p>· Follow correct work order documentation procedures.</p><p>· Demonstrate analytical thinking. Gather relevant information, identify key issues, compare data from various sources to draw appropriate conclusions.</p><p>· Demonstrate critical thinking skills, and decision making. Make prompt, informed decisions that consider the objectives, facts, constraints, impacts, and risks.</p><p>· Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration. Effectively communicate and collaborate within the field quality team, and members of other departments including engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, service, and management.</p><p>· Document findings from root cause analysis of component failures.</p><p>· Validate containment actions, permanent corrective actions, engineering change requests, and software.</p><p>· Support campaigns, and containment initiatives.</p><p>· Will be working with air power tools, electric power tools, grinders, drills, sockets, wrenches, torque wrenches, lifting equipment.</p><p>· Retain confidentiality of testing, procedures, and data.</p><p>· Maintain cleanliness of workspace, test equipment, and inventory of related parts.</p><p>· Drive vehicles to evaluate vehicle health status.</p><p>· Must be reliable, resourceful, and take full ownership of assigned responsibilities.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>You Bring:</p><p>· Automotive technician degree, certification, or equivalent work experience.</p><p>· High School Diploma or GED required</p><p>· Must have a minimum of 4 years or related automotive experience.</p><p>· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>· ASE Certified (preferred).</p><p>· EPA 609 Certified (preferred).</p><p>· Previous OEM Master Technician Certification (preferred).</p><p>· Working knowledge of CAN bus communications and ethernet protocols.</p><p>· Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains.</p><p>· Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary software.</p><p>· Must possess a valid driver’s license (required).</p><p>· Forklift license (plus).</p><p>· AA/BS in automotive technology (plus).</p><p>· Previous experience with EV diagnosis and repair (plus).</p></div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
