They are accountable for achieving the business targets established by management. The role also includes customer engagement to understand the needs and requirements of the customers. He/she will also have a good understanding of the local market dynamics and competitors. Responsibilities: • To achieve overall business objectives set out for each year by increasing sales revenues through profitable orders generated by the Account Managers under his/her responsibility.   • Lead and motivate the Account Managers under his/her responsibility to meet the revenue and profitability goals.   • Work closely with the Product Line Managers on new product introduction and marketing strategies to maximize sales opportunities.   • Ensure accurate forecasting for the region based on market intelligence and trends.   • Develop relationships with key customers within the region and be able to influence key decision makers at customer level.   • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction with our products and service.   • Support the execution of projects as per requirement.   • Provide feedback to Product Line Managers on regional market trends and competitor activity.   • Monitor regional sales performance against targeted sales revenues and provide feedback to Product Line Managers.   • Implement and monitor Sales and Operations Planning processes to ensure accurate demand forecasting and efficient inventory control.   • Develop short-term tactical plans aligned with corporate strategy to increase market share and improve profitability.   • Analyze monthly financial results and implement corrective actions where necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
