This role combines operational payroll expertise with strong analytical and financial capabilities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all payroll and compensation-related activities. Experience in coordinating tasks or supporting team workflows is considered an asset, as this position offers potential for future development toward a supervisory role within the People Core Services team.Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage cooperation with the external payroll provider, ensuring the payroll process is efficient, compliant, accurate, and delivered on time in line with internal standards and legal requirements</li><li>Ensure that payroll operations comply with labor law, tax, and social insurance regulations</li><li>Liaise with external institutions (Social Security Office, Tax Office, PFR, Statistical Office, PPK)</li><li>Collaborate with the Finance and Controlling departments on personnel cost budgeting, forecasting, and reporting</li><li>Monitor, verify, and analyze employee bonuses, rewards, and incentive programs</li><li>Provide reports and insights on salary levels, payroll trends, and workforce cost metrics across the organization</li><li>Support compensation analysis and contribute to the development of salary and benefits policies</li><li>Lead or participate in process improvement and change management initiatives within People Core Services, ensuring continuous efficiency and compliance,</li><li>Assist in coordinating daily People Core Services workflows, promoting effective communication and task execution within the team</li><li>Provide expertise and mentoring to junior team members</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of labor law, taxation, and social security regulations</li><li>Hands-on experience with HR and payroll systems (e.g. SAP, Teta, Workday, other)</li><li>Advanced analytical and data management skills (Excel, pivot tables, reporting tools)</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance and Controlling teams</li><li>High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accountability</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written)</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll or HR operations, preferably within an international environment</li><li>Proven experience in payroll processes in accordance with Polish regulations</li><li>Strong understanding of Polish labor law, tax, and social insurance systems</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Experience in budgeting and cost analysis related to workforce planning</li><li>Previous experience in team coordination or people management is an asset</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Engaging and meaningful work in a reputable international company</li><li>Stable employment based on a full-time employment contract</li><li>Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development</li></ul>How to apply:Submit your application via our recruitment platform.
