Joining now means contributing to an exciting phase of transformation — helping shape the future organization while remaining connected to Landis+Gyr’s global values and standards throughout the transition.  Overall Objective<ul><li>Ensure application, implementation and effectiveness of the Quality, Enviromental, OH&amp;S, Business Continuity, Management and Energy Management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO22301 &amp; ISO50001).  </li><li>Light Involvement at the ISO 17025 MS and MID (Measuring Instrument Directive).</li></ul> Key Performance Indicators<ul><li>Attention to detail in regard to record keeping, quality / Env and OH&amp;S process compliance etc.</li><li>Timely adaptation of Q / Env and OH&amp;S processes to legal, Customers or stakeholders’ requirements.</li><li>Continual monitoring and review of the Global IMS as well as Energy Management templates.</li></ul> Key Areas of Responsibility Organizational Performance<ul><li>Deliver good communication and cooperation within the Q/Env and OH&amp;S teams as well as with all other internal/external contacts.</li><li>Deliver good communication and cooperation with the auditees. </li><li>Identify areas of process improvement and initiate and co-ordinate implementation of relevant actions.</li><li>Strive for both internal and external customer satisfaction.</li><li>Adapt to all organizational changes and align Management Systems to organizational objectives.</li></ul> Collaboration<ul><li>Strong cooperation and coordination with internal organization.</li><li>Appropriate Interfacing with internal organization.</li><li>Facilitate Certification Bodies’ audits in an open and constructive manner.</li></ul> Specific<ul><li>Adherence of internal processes to required Quality / Env / OH&amp;S and Business Continuity standards / requirements (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO22301 &amp; ISO50001).</li><li>Performance of internal audits to assure adherence to Quality / Env and OH&amp;S processes.</li><li>Review Q / Env/ OH&amp;S processes and work instructions to establish coherence to legal, Customers and Stakeholders’ requirements.</li><li>Support to draft a yearly MS Management review.</li><li>Report (SOFi, HMA) and handle the recycling process of waste materials with external partners.</li></ul> Required Skills<ul><li>University degree in Engineering or other Τechnical fields.</li><li>Experience in Quality Management Systems of at least 2 years.</li><li>Experience in Environmental Management Systems of at least 2 years.</li><li>Experience in OH&amp;S Management Systems of at least 2 years.</li><li>Experience in BC Management Systems of at least 2 years.</li><li>Experience in Energy Management System will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Experience in ISO17025 will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Fluency in English language </li><li>Very good knowledge of computer use.</li><li>Ability to understand and interpret legal requirements regarding Environmental and OH&amp;S MS.</li><li>Ability to adopt and implement quality systems requirements.</li><li>High attention to detail.</li><li>Problem solving and decision making.</li><li>Intercultural experience.</li></ul> Desired skills<ul><li>Knowledge of electronic components characteristics.</li><li>German language.</li></ul> We value and encourage diversity in our team.
