You will need to have a detailed understanding of the proposed I-SEM market and be able to explain the key differences between the I-SEM model and the current SEM market. You will also have a good understanding of IT and will appreciate how IT solution procurement decisions are made by Irish energy companies.Location, Ireland (Remote) with travel to Dublin as required (Please note we are unable to provide visa support for this position)How you'll make an impact:<ul><li>Provide consultation, diagnosis, escalation, status-reporting and resolution implementation to reported problems.</li><li>Investigate issues and defects at a detailed level to determine appropriate method of resolution; identify workarounds; provide information to developers to easily replicate issues and fix software defects.</li><li>On-call support for critical issues affecting customer production systems.</li><li>Respond to client inquiries concerning systems usage and operations.</li><li>Provide technical support and advice for implementation of software fixes/upgrades.
