Enlists the requisite support to ensure the timely resolution of problems and the prompt implementation of improvements.</li><li>Report and respond to product and process nonconformance issues.</li><li>Implement and sustain 5S in work areas ensuring that tools and materials essential for the performance of the work are readily available.</li><li>Responsible for changes needed in machines, processes, materials, and assembly. Champion process improvements and lead Kaizen events.</li><li>Create value stream mapping and standard work.</li><li>Accurately maintain company records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   <ul><li>High School Diploma or GED with three (3) or more years of manufacturing experience.</li><li>OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Strong willingness to learn.</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Ability to plan and organize projects.</li><li>Good communication skills both verbal and written.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in Excel and warehouse management systems for inventory tracking, reporting, and process optimization</li></ul>WORKING CONDITIONSThe following represents general working conditions for this role.
