We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.Your mission when joining as a Revenue Operations Analyst at Einride will be to act as the critical link between our commercial execution and strategic financial insight. This is a highly impactful and analytical role where you will not only be the owner of our commercial data infrastructure but also the primary driver of actionable insights that inform decisions for our commercial teams, leadership, and investors. You will ensure our go-to-market strategies are supported by robust data, efficient processes, and cutting-edge technology, including the application of AI to maximize efficiency and value. Your key focus areas will be CRM management and Commercial BI, but there will be a wide scope including areas listed below. <h3>You will:</h3>CRM Management &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Own and optimize HubSpot CRM, serving as the primary point of contact for all related matters.</li><li>Ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and high user adoption across the commercial organization.</li><li>Develop and maintain critical CRM automations, workflows, customizations, and integrations to streamline the sales cycle.</li></ul>Commercial Business Intelligence (BI)<ul><li>Develop, manage, and maintain high-impact dashboards and reports for internal reporting across commercial teams, general management, investor relations, corporate finance, and the board.</li><li>Utilize tools including Hubspot, BigQuery, Looker Studio/Looker, Google Sheets, and others as needed to build a single source of truth.</li><li>Analyze complex commercial data to identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, translating data into clear, prescriptive actions.</li></ul>Business Control &amp; Financial Reporting<ul><li>Collaborate closely with the Business Control team on P&amp;L performance, revenue forecasting, and financial reporting.</li><li>Develop insightful analysis on margin drivers, pricing strategy, and cost optimization, recommending corrective actions to leadership.</li><li>Ensure complete alignment and reconciliation between commercial data and official financial reporting standards.</li></ul>AI Tooling &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Drive the adoption and application of AI tools and methodologies to enhance accuracy, insights, visibility, value, speed, automation, and scalability across commercial operations.</li></ul>Sales enablement and sales/martech system ownership:<ul><li>Own sales enablement materials, and processes together with commercial leads and central functions.</li><li>Equip commercial teams with the necessary tools, documentation, training, and processes to enhance productivity and commercial success.</li><li>Support the development and implementation of sales/marketing tooling, strategies and methodologies.</li></ul><h3>We expect you to:</h3><ul><li>Hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or a technical field.</li><li>Bring 2+ years of hands-on experience in a role focused on Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Revenue Operations with a strong emphasis on commercial data and CRM ownership.</li><li>A solid understanding of the end-to-end sales lifecycle and prior experience optimizing commercial/sales processes and driving improvements in key sales metrics (e.g. win rate, cycle time) through data-driven recommendations</li><li>Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in CRM administration (HubSpot preferred), including workflow and automation development.</li><li>Show a strong command of SQL/BigQuery and experience developing dashboards in BI tools like Looker/Looker Studio.</li><li>Have demonstrated experience or a strong capacity to apply AI tools (e.g., generative AI for data analysis/reporting, automation tools) to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability in commercial processes (this is a plus).</li><li>Strong skills in analytical Storytelling and the ability to translate financial principles (P&amp;L, margins, revenue) and complex data into clear, executive-level insights that drive business decisions.</li><li>Proven track record of partnering with Finance and Commercial teams to transform strategic goals into concrete reporting requirements and operational metrics.</li></ul>This is a full-time position based in Stockholm.
