<ul><li>Help build Statkraft’s PPA origination business </li><li>Build and maintain key relationships with various end-users across corporate, financial and load-serving sectors</li><li>Engage with industry participants to build the Statkraft brand and promote awareness</li><li>Identify, analyse, negotiate, and execute complex structured energy transactions in PJM (and secondly, ERCOT) with a focus on renewable PPAs </li><li>Develop financial models for risk analysis and management presentations </li><li>Contribute to deal pricing and deal hedging, in coordination with other colleagues in the Origination and Portfolio Management teams </li><li>Assess and translate competition, industry trends, emerging customer challenges, and changes in the marketplace into market strategies and product offerings </li><li>Maintain constant interaction with credit, operations, and trading teams as necessary to advance target transactions </li><li>Manage and lead Statkraft’s team of professionals through all aspects of the complex sales process, coordinating internal support necessary for developing the key inputs required for profitable pricing and successful closing of transactions </li><li>Take care of day-to-day administrative issues related to the contractual portfolio </li><li>Create systems and tools to help business scale </li></ul>
