This is a remote role, but we'll have a 2-3 day in-person meetup once per quarter.Summary of Role:Haven is seeking a Senior Product Manager. You will own the strategy, roadmap, prioritization and delivery of Haven’s new partner offering. You will develop a deep understanding of your users and continuously work to enhance their overall experience with our company. As a member of an early stage startup, you’ll be hands-on in prioritizing, planning and executing the build of our first partner experiences and their evolution and growth as the company expands. What you’ll do <ul><li>Develop a deep understanding of the needs, pain points, and workflows of our partners and internal teams through direct conversations, user research, and data analysis</li><li>Translate user insights into clear, actionable product requirements that balance usability, feasibility, and business impact</li><li>Collaborate with designers, content writers, and engineers to scope projects and estimate timelines</li><li>Own and continuously refine a product roadmap that aligns with company priorities</li><li>Define and monitor success metrics</li><li>Work cross-functionally to validate requirements, define single versus shared product capabilities, ensure smooth product launches, and drive adoption</li><li>Conduct competitive analysis and maintain current information regarding competitive activity</li></ul>You’re a great fit if you have<ul><li>4 - 8 years of experience working as a product manager in a startup environment</li><li>Ability to deliver a project end-to-end, from concept to the finish line, managing all aspects throughout</li><li>Proven experience driving short and long term product strategy and securing cross-functional buy-in</li><li>Superior attention to details (while keeping an eye on the big picture) and an enthusiasm for delighting users</li><li>Ability to make careful, data-driven decisions, and are comfortable with data analytics tools  </li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers in research, engineering, and product marketing</li><li>Worked in ambiguous environments and rallied teams around a new direction when business opportunities shifted</li><li>Exceptional written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate to non-technical and technical audiences with ease</li><li>Previous experience with relevant complex consumer-facing industries and user experience design challenges (e.g. energy, finance, utilities)</li><li>Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams</li><li>Passion for understanding and impacting how energy is produced and consumed</li></ul>Equal Employment OpportunityHaven embraces diversity and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
