You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager, gaining hands-on experience while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.<ul><li>Perform daily bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.</li><li>Assist with BAS, FBT, payroll tax, ABS surveys, and Payment Times Reporting.</li><li>Manage vehicle lease administration and coordinate property rental payments.</li><li>Prepare journals and reconcile intercompany transactions.</li><li>Support year-end audit preparation and respond to queries.</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and provide backup support to the Finance Manager and adhoc duties as required.  </li></ul>About you<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or commerce.</li><li>Ideally you have 1-2 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role.</li><li>Commence or planning to commence CA or CPA studies.</li><li>Computer literate with Intermediate Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP advantageous).</li><li>Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders and customers.</li><li>Are curious with a thirst to learn, want to continue to grow and use your initiative.</li><li>A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.</li><li>Excellent time management and coordination skills with a sense of urgency, results focused, with high attention to detail and analytical mindset.</li><li>You have a can-do attitude, are flexible, adaptable and customer focused in everything you do!</li><li>Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident to apply.</li></ul>Why join us?
