Key duties include identifying, labeling, stocking, transporting, and recording materials, as well as verifying packing slips, preparing shipments, and supporting production and inventory control activities. This role requires the safe operation of powered industrial equipment and effective communication with internal teams.                                                                                                      YOUR IMPACTThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned:<ul><li>Maintain inventory accuracy by properly identifying, labeling, stocking, and recording materials and supplies.</li><li>Safely operate forklifts to transport materials inside and outside the facility.</li><li>Verify items and quantities against packing slips and process receipts or shipments.</li><li>Package materials for safe delivery to internal or external customers.</li><li>Respond to material requests and communicate effectively with internal departments.</li><li>Prepare bills of lading and delivery documentation.</li><li>Pull and verify materials for production orders.</li><li>Support scheduled and ad hoc cycle counts as directed.</li><li>Accurately use the inventory management system to track material movements.</li><li>Sort items by destination and ensure they match purchase order details.</li><li>Must be available to work overtime as required.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Basic computer knowledge.</li><li>Ability to successfully complete forklift training and obtain and maintain a forklift license.</li><li>Ability to acquire and understand lean manufacturing concepts.</li><li>Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business and production demands.</li><li>Maintain regular and reliable attendance, in-person and on-site.</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Forklift license.</li><li>6 months experience in the manufacturing industry.</li></ul>WORKING CONDITIONSThe following represents general working conditions for this role.
