AECOM Canada is hiring a Senior Ports, &amp; Marine and Intermodal Terminals Civil Engineer and Project Manager (Civil). This role can be based in any major AECOM office. Responsibilities<ul><li>Technically Lead and/or manage multidisciplinary project teams in the planning, design, and delivery of intermodal, ports, terminals, and marine infrastructure projects.</li><li>Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives.</li><li>Provide technical leadership in marine structural and geotechnical civil engineering, including container terminals, intermodal terminals, LNG and oil terminals, offshore wind facilities, and bulk material handling.</li><li>Ensure quality assurance and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to manage project execution.</li><li>Develop and implement innovative engineering and design solutions to address technical and operational challenges.</li><li>Prepare technical documentation including designs, calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports.</li><li>Mentor and develop junior engineers, promoting knowledge-sharing and technical excellence.</li><li>Support business development through technical input on proposals, participation in industry forums, and engagement with professional associations.</li></ul>
