This role is responsible for driving regional strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering long-term customer relationships.</p><h2></h2><h2><b>Job Summary</b></h2><p>As District Sales Manager, you will oversee Regional Sales Managers and Independent Sales Representatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and market expansion strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally and engage with distributor partners to deliver customer-centric solutions and drive growth.</p><h2>Location: New England &amp; Mid-Atlantic (Remote with regular travel)</h2><p></p><h2>Principal Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Lead, coach, and support sales personnel to achieve performance targets.</li><li>Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to resolve challenges and ensure operational excellence.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and customers.</li><li>Analyze market trends and pricing to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Deliver technical presentations and training to stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Qualifications &amp; Experience</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.</li><li>3–5 years of sales management experience in the waterworks industry.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly within the sales district.</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-MD2</p><p>#IPEXUS</p><p></p><p>IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
