In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams of architects, designers and engineers while meeting with clients to develop and execute mid- to large-scale projects according to schedule and budgets.  Specific responsibilities are as follows:<ul><li>Represent AECOM and act as a primary contact with clients and prospective clients and be accountable for delivering successful project on behalf of AECOM. </li><li>Receive positive client feedback in conjunction with achieving contractual performance and financial milestones across the lifespan of multiyear / multitask order contracts.</li><li>Work with capture managers to propose on new work that can be successfully delivered.</li><li>Prepare detailed project plans and technical approaches to manage to scopes of work, schedules, fees, staffing plans and project execution plans in support of project delivery.</li><li>Track project progress against requirements defined throughout the life cycle of the project from capture, to execution, construction and closeout.  </li><li>Direct professional and technical staff to complete a wide variety of architectural and engineering projects.</li><li>Understand contract terms and conditions, negotiate when necessary and be able to adjust management to specific contract requirements. Maintain appropriate project documentation and communications throughout the life of the contract.</li><li>Manage change and exercise appropriate escalation to management as necessary.</li><li>Understand risks on projects, develop mitigation plans, and actively manage to minimize risk and exposure. </li><li>Collaboratively develop with project stakeholders project guidelines and objectives to define success of a project.</li><li>Coordinate internal resources and third parties/subcontractors for capture and execution of projects.</li><li>Understand business acumen associated with project management and deliver anticipate financial metrics.</li><li>Validate project/design decisions based on cost analysis with an understanding of logistics and procurement efficiencies</li><li>Apply creative design thinking to client’s business problems to help maximize value of AECOM’s service to the client</li></ul>
