SUMMARYThis role will be responsible for supporting the Project Controls Manager - Reporting Unit for the California High-Speed Rail (CAHSR) Program. This role develops and implements reporting strategies, oversees program and enterprise-level reporting, supports project-level needs, and serves as a key liaison within the Project Controls and Project Financial Office to ensure coordinated financial reporting.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Assist in developing and maintaining reporting policies, procedures, and tools related to scope, cost, and schedule</li><li>Support the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports</li><li>Help ensure reporting accuracy, clarity, and alignment with stakeholder needs</li><li>Aid in identifying and implementing reporting automation opportunities using tools like Power BI</li><li>Coordinate with project teams to gather and verify data for programmatic reporting</li><li>Provide support in compiling progress, cost, cash flow, earned value, and risk data for reports</li><li>Help maintain and track the program reporting calendar and deadlines</li><li>Assist with the preparation of executive and board-level reports</li><li>Support communication and follow-up with functional teams to meet reporting requirements</li><li>Provide administrative and analytical support to the Program Reporting Unit as needed</li></ul>
