These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.​We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.  Job Description  Responsibilities:<ul><li>Preparation and posting of journal entries</li><li>Preparation of account analysis, roll forwards and other analysis required for the month end close</li><li>Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards</li><li>Assist with budget/forecasts for multiple lines of products by functional area and direct the preparation of consolidated monthly reports that evaluate budget to actual performance</li><li>Reconcile various accounts, including bank accounts and general ledger accounts, to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies</li><li>Process and prepare monthly commission statements</li><li>Administer corporate credit card program</li><li>Fixed asset management including acquisitions and disposals</li><li>Preparation/Review of Monthly Sales Tax Filings</li><li>Research and resolve sales tax discrepancies and issues</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting</li><li>3+ years public accounting experience or experience for a public company</li><li>Ability to work with dynamic and changing requirements on a regular basis</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and have excellent problem solving and analytical skills</li><li>Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables &amp; Vlookup), Word and PowerPoint</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Accounting experience in a manufacturing company preferred</li><li>Experience in Sales Tax Filing is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of BAAN general ledger system and Infor BPA consolidation tool a plus</li></ul>  Salary Range: $61,600.00-$82,100.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
