Administrative<ul><li>Properly document incoming test requests and update test schedules as necessary</li><li>Generate internal documentation for replenishing laboratory supplies through the current MRO system</li><li>Generate documentation for external purchasing of laboratory inventory items, services, and non-stocked repair and maintenance items.</li><li>Follow-up as necessary to ensure timely delivery of ordered items.</li><li>Solicit vendor quotes and perform competitive analysis to ensure the best benefit-to-cost ratio.</li><li>Generate work requests for electricians, tool makers, machinists, and millwrights as necessary to keep all laboratory equipment and facilities fully operational.</li><li>Coordinate shipping activities from the laboratory to vendors, customers, and other BorgWarner sites.</li></ul>6.
