This range is based on a 40-hour workweek. We highly value work-life balance and rarely work more than 40 hours per week.A full-time employee (30+ hours per week) will be eligible to participate in Lotus’ medical and dental plans, limited life insurance, wellness stipend, PTO, sick leave, and matching 401K (up to 3%). A part-time employee (less than 30 hours per week) is eligible for the matching 401k (up to 3%) and paid sick leave.Lotus observes 10 holidays for full-time employees and offers a flexible work schedule* with a flexible PTO that allows employees to own their work-life balance.
