Reporting directly to the founder, you'll take our product to the next level and pioneer AI capabilities that solve a critical challenge: how do we give doctors back their time and restore the micro-touchpoints that make patient care actually work?You'll own the entire product experience - patient-facing and B2B medical professional - across international markets. Start solo with full strategic authority, shipping and iterating at pace. Build your team as needed when the product and business demand it.We're looking for someone who's shipped excellent products themselves and is ready to build something new that matters. This is about making AI frictionless in healthcare while keeping human relationships at the core - increasing doctor capacity and improving patient outcomes in one of the world's most consequential industries.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Shape strategy with the CEO - Define product vision, roadmap priorities, and the North Star metric that drives growth.</li><li>Build AI capabilities that matter - Develop intelligent features for patient monitoring and clinical decision support that increase doctor capacity.</li><li>Own the product experience end-to-end - Drive user engagement, retention, and the in-app experience across patient and medical professional interfaces.</li><li>Ship resellable care pathways  - Create disease-specific care paths that work across international markets and B2B clients.</li><li>Enable high-impact engineering  -  Give the tech team clarity and focus to build what matters most.</li><li>Scale the function -  Grow the product and design team as the company and product demands it.</li><li>Partner across the business - Work directly with the CEO, CTO, CMO, engineering, design, and external B2B partners to execute the 2026 vision.</li></ul>About You<ul><li>Built and shipped products  -  Significant experience in B2B SaaS, ideally through a startup's growth journey (Seed to Series B+).</li><li>Strategic and hands-on - Comfortable setting direction and jumping in to ship features.</li><li>Strong product intuition - You know what great user experiences feel like and how to discover what users actually need.</li><li>Excited about AI - Experience building AI products or genuine interest in developing AI capabilities in healthcare.</li><li>Data-informed decision making - You work with metrics and user insights to prioritize what to build.</li><li>Growth experience -  A background with product-led growth, activation, retention, and ideally both sales-led and PLG motions.</li><li>Connects product to business impact - Understands how product work affects revenue and can communicate that across teams.</li><li>Comfortable with ambiguity - You make clear decisions with incomplete information and move quickly.</li><li>Bonus: International experience - Experience building products across multiple markets is a plus.</li></ul> Why Join?<ul><li>Work on a product that genuinely matters using modern technology to solve real challenges in healthcare and improve how patients and doctors connect.</li><li>Report directly to the founder with full authority to build and shape the product from day one.</li><li>Participate in the company's growth through ESOP.</li><li>Work from Berlin, Barcelona, London, or Warsaw with built-in flexibility.</li></ul>
