For more information, visit cadmusgroup.com.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Research design, data collection, data analysis, and reporting tasks in support of client consulting engagements, including those related to DSM, demand response, renewable energy, or electrification (transportation and buildings) program or policy evaluations as well as potential planning studies.</li> <li>Assisting in sample design to meet required levels of statistical rigor, articulating key assumptions, and identifying relevant sources of auxiliary information to ensure efficient and representative data collection. </li> <li>Lead primary and secondary data collection and statistical and/or econometric data analysis to assess program and policy impacts. </li> <li>Analyze and interpret findings to reach meaningful conclusions and recommendations for inclusion in clearly written, concise reports.</li> <li>Advise clients or otherwise work closely with them to develop solutions to DSM, renewable energy, and electrification program or policy related issues.</li> <li>Provide mentorship and technical support to junior staff.</li> <li>Ensure high-quality client deliverables. </li> <li>Collaborate with and support project team members to accomplish project goals. </li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>MA/MS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or other related quantitative fields and 3-5 years relevant professional experience, OR BA/BS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or other related quantitative fields and 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with inferential statistics, specifically sampling and research design, statistical analysis, and regression analysis.</li> <li>Experience with statistical software programs such as R, Python, SAS, or Stata.</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills.</li> <li>Initiative and ability to prioritize and self-direct on assignments, including adapting to changes in a time-sensitive, deliverable driven workplace.</li> <li>Desire to grow professionally and take on challenging work assignments. </li></ul>Desired Qualifications:   <ul> <li>Familiarity with or work experience in the energy sector and/or utility industry.</li> <li>Applied research design experience in academic or professional setting (e.g., consulting).</li> <li>Demonstrated experience deploying interactive web apps and data visualizations with the use of R-Shiny (or other similar platforms, such as Flask, Fast-API). </li></ul> Additional Information: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen. Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs. The minimum starting salary for this position is $80,000.
