AECOM is seeking an experienced Design Project Manager based in Houston, Austin, or Dallas, TX to lead and execute interdisciplinary building design projects with a focus on Civic &amp; Municipal projects.  We are seeking energetic and qualified candidates to help us grow our team and provide experienced project management skills and leadership to manage projects and teams.The role will provide high growth opportunity in steering business and client opportunity and serving as a role and advisor to the overall project team. Candidates should have demonstrated use of industry project tools and resources to effectively manage projects and clients. With the backing of AECOM’s robust bench of experts across various fields, this position would allow for an individual to cultivate meaningful relationships with clients and peers, leading highly qualified teams to win and execute projects across the State of Texas.Job Summary/Responsibilities<ul><li>Acting as a primary point of contact with the client throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Working with interdisciplinary technical leads in the coordinated successful execution of projects in design and construction</li><li>Working with local and regional business development staff and business line leadership to identify and pursue clients and projects</li><li>Reviewing contracts, preparing fee proposals and project execution strategies</li><li>Managing and leading all technical, financial, and client satisfaction areas using established processes and tools</li><li>Managing sub-consultant scope, fees, deliverables, and performance</li><li>Leading the team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget</li><li>Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs to minimize risk</li><li>Performing risk management to minimize project risks</li><li>Maintaining project documentation control</li></ul>
