AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Administrative Assistant/Permit Coordinator to work on water infrastructure construction projects in Chicago, IL.This challenging position will provide an excellent growth opportunity while improving the infrastructure in the Chicago area.<ul><li>Under general supervision, resolves most problems but refers more complex issues to higher levels.</li><li>Processes documents (including indexing into database and/or enterprise content management system).</li><li>May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues.</li><li>Reviews and maintains permit files and folders.</li><li>Updates and manages permit logs.</li><li>Assists with preconstruction documentation, scheduling, and tracking log updates.</li><li>Generates weekly time and field reports.</li></ul>
