This role operates as a shared service resource, reporting directly to the Director of Operational Excellence within the Customer Delivery organization, with a dotted line reporting relationship to Product Management. The position will focus on Measurement Canada (MC) regulatory requirements, Canadian regulatory compliance, policy development, and governance frameworks.
