Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Fabricate or assist in fabrication of complex catheter systems for prototypes and engineering study builds.</li><li>Assist in the development and maintenance of the engineering bill of material (BOM)</li><li>Assist in development and implementation of new processes, technologies or tooling needed to build products.</li><li>Create initial manufacturing procedures, routers and route sheets.</li><li>Assist in the creation and maintenance of tool files.</li><li>Support engineering studies and data analysis.</li><li>Assist in setup and performing design verification and process validation.</li><li>Assist with drafting and executing protocols within all areas of Product Development such as Design, Process Development and Design Assurance.</li><li>Work with engineers to specify, procure and commission equipment and procure material.</li><li>Manage product development materials to help maintain traceability and quantities.</li><li>Execute inspections of components and devices.</li><li>Execute IQ, protocols and reports</li><li>Lab ownership and management</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>7 plus years working in a manufacturing or engineering development area.</li><li>Experience performing tedious processes, building prototypes and working with small parts.</li><li>Quality experience, preferable in medical device or similar industry that has requirements for lot history control</li><li>End-user skills with MS Word/Excel, SAP, Oracle Agile PLM; Minitab preferred</li><li>Math skills: arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry;</li><li>SolidWorks drafting and design experience preferred.</li><li>Understanding of engineering drawings; GD&amp;T training preferred</li><li>Associate degree in engineering specialty preferred (may substitute experience for degree).  </li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
