This position involves conducting detailed analyses of warehouse processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing warehouse plans. Responsibilities: Inventory Management • Monitor and track inventory levels • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization • Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of inventory • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies • Develop and implement inventory control processes and procedures Data Analysis • Collect and organize data from various sources, including warehouse management systems and ERP systems • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost saving opportunities • Create and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) • Present data and analysis to management and make recommendations for operational improvements • Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies or issues Warehouse Operations Support • Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure efficient and accurate execution of processes • Monitor and report on warehouse productivity and efficiency • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and decrease costs • Work with cross functional teams to develop and implement new processes or systems • Provide training and support to warehouse staff on new processes or systems Supply Chain Coordination • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods • Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement • Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to inventory or delivery • Review and analyze supplier contracts to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness • Participate in supplier selection and evaluation processes Quality Control • Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing inventory • Investigate and resolve any quality issues or discrepancies • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and standards • Monitor and report on product quality and make recommendations for improvements • Collaborate with quality assurance team to address any quality concerns Project Management • Lead and participate in warehouse related projects, such as process improvements or system implementations • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets • Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure project success • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables • Communicate project updates and escalate any issues to management as needed.
