The role will be responsible for evolving our product formulation process to help commercialize products with a focus on efficacy, quality, sustainability and cost.  This is a key role in commercializing innovation and great products at Blueland. The ideal candidate has a strong formulation knowledge of creating format innovation, aptitude for critical thinking, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and meticulous attention to detail.
