Your initiatives will help shorten ramp-up time, elevate sales excellence, and ensure consistent, high-impact execution across our Enterprise, SMB, and Reseller segments.  <h3>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</h3>1.  Design &amp; Own Sales Onboarding Programs <ul><li>Develop structured onboarding journeys for Business Development Specialist, Account Executives, tailored to Enterprise, SMB, and Reseller segments in different regions of the world.</li><li>Define learning objectives, timelines, and milestones to ensure a smooth and effective ramp-up.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate onboarding logistics: scheduling cohorts, organizing sessions, managing invites, and tracking participation. </li></ul>2.  Professionalize&amp; Maintain Sales Playbooks <ul><li>Refine and continuously promotion role-specific playbooks that capture best practices, messaging, and workflows across the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to close. </li><li>Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to integrate up-to-date product insights, industry trends, and pricing content that empower the sales organization. </li></ul>3.  Drive Sales Process &amp; Tool Mastery<ul><li>Take functional ownership of key enablement topics such as sales process, methodology, and CRM usage (HubSpot, Dynamics).</li><li>Support rollout and adoption of new tools (Outreach, Gong, Seismic, Synthesia) and leverage AI-driven insights to improve sales effectiveness. </li></ul>4.  Manage Enablement Operations<ul><li>Maintain onboarding and enablement calendars.</li><li>Track attendance, feedback, and impact metrics to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for all onboarding activities, ensuring new hires and managers know exactly what to expect. </li></ul> <h3>WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE</h3><ul><li>3+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Operations roles within a B2B environment (ideally SaaS or technology sales).</li><li>Experience designing or managing onboarding programs for customer-facing teams.</li><li>Solid understanding of modern sales processes, methods and tools (CRM, Outreach, Gong, Seismic, or similar). Hands-on sales experience will be a great skill to have for understanding what sales experts need to excel.</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills – ability to manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>Strong communication and facilitation skills - ability to engage audiences from junior or experienced new joiners, existing sellers to seasoned enterprise sellers.</li><li>Fluent in English; German is a plus. </li></ul> <h3>HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH</h3>Your recruiting partner for this role is Kim Li (she/her).
