<p>We are seeking a Senior Specialist in Stakeholder Management to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic stakeholder engagement initiatives that align with our organization's goals and values.</p><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder management strategies to support organizational objectives</li><li>Identify, analyze, and prioritize key stakeholders, including internal and external parties</li><li>Lead stakeholder mapping exercises and maintain up-to-date stakeholder databases</li><li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, including government entities, community organizations, and business partners</li><li>Design and implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent stakeholder messaging and alignment</li><li>Conduct regular stakeholder analysis and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making</li><li>Manage and mitigate stakeholder-related risks and issues</li><li>Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events</li><li>Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement reports and presentations to executive leadership</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and best practices in stakeholder management</li></ul>
