In this role you will lead our homeowner sales team and be responsible for building and leading a team of home advisors that are be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll leverage our novel digital design and sales platform to deliver a compelling process to maximize customer outcomes, sales velocity, and ultimately, ambitious sales targets. </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">Your team will be the central customer touchpoint during the digital (remote) consultative sales process, using our software to create customized system designs and quotes, and guide homeowners through all-electric upgrades that match their needs. Your subject matter expertise will improve the comfort, efficiency, and carbon footprint of homes, all while ensuring the homeowner's experience is exceptional.  </span></div><br><br><h3>What You Bring</h3><ul><li><b>5+ years of success in sales</b>, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly targets, iterating sales processes, and packaging offers.</li><li><b>Sales leadership experience</b>, including mentoring or training junior reps</li><li><b>Comfort with technology and digital tools</b>, including CRM systems, remote design software, and virtual communication platforms</li><li><b>Strong communication skills</b>, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build trust with homeowners</li><li><b>Excellent organization and time management</b>, with strong follow-through and CRM discipline</li><li><b>Confident presenter and storyteller</b>, comfortable in 1:1 consultations or group settings</li><li><b>High attention to detail</b>, a curious mindset, and a drive to find tailored, high-performance solutions for every customer</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li><b>Familiarity with HVAC design, </b>especially technical design for heat pumps.</li><li><b>Multilingual communication skills</b>, especially Spanish, to support a broader range of homeowners and partners</li><li><b>Experience with utility programs, rebates, or incentive structures</b> for heat pumps and home energy upgrades</li><li><b>Background in energy efficiency, building science, or home performance</b> (e.g., HERS rater, BPI certification)</li><li><b>Previous experience selling to or through contractors, utilities, or city programs</b></li><li><b>Comfort working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment</b></li><li><b>Knowledge of home electrification technologies beyond HVAC</b>, like heat pump water heaters, EV chargers, or smart panels</li></ul><br><div>Zero Homes is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible experience for all candidates.
