As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in making our cutting-edge technology intuitive and accessible. You’ll be responsible for the UX and UI on our devices NavVis MLX and NavVis VLX and our cloud software IVION Processing. From mapping out end-to-end user journeys, to delivering pixel-perfect UI and solving real workflow pain points, you’ll ensure that our customers—BIM/VDC teams, surveyors, and field operators—can work more efficiently and with fewer errors. We offer you a team of awesome people, game-changing technology, a flexible work environment, and collaboration across product, design, and development teams!  <h3>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</h3><ul><li>Take ownership of UX/UI design for IVION Processing and device system software. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop a deep understanding of our products, customers, competitors, and jobs-to-be-done; map the complete user journey end-to-end in partnership with key stakeholders. </li></ul><ul><li>Take the perspective of our users to identify the biggest workflow pain points and solve them one-by-one. </li></ul><ul><li>Deliver UI designs in Figma using our design system, ensuring consistency across products. </li></ul><ul><li>Conduct competitor analysis, usability testing, and workflow studies. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate closely with product managers and software developers to create a shared understanding of user needs and priorities </li></ul><ul><li>Improve our existing features incrementally as well as design new features from scratch. </li></ul><ul><li>Use qualitative and quantitative user data to make informed design decisions and continuously improve the user experience. </li></ul><ul><li>Support the development team during scrum processes to ensure design vision makes it into the final product. </li></ul><ul><li>Proactively communicate with stakeholders and articulate design decisions. </li></ul><ul><li>Strengthen the UX culture at NavVis by sharing your perspective, bringing structure to discussions, and helping the team raise the bar together. </li></ul> <h3>WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE</h3><ul><li>A background in Interaction Design, Visual/Graphic Design, HCI, Media Informatics or equivalent practical experience. </li></ul><ul><li>2–4 years of relevant practical experience in UX/UI design or related fields. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong experience in Figma and delivering UI. </li></ul><ul><li>A solid understanding of usability and user-centered design practices. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to think analytically about workflows and measure design impact. </li></ul><ul><li>A strong sense of clean, functional visual design. </li></ul><ul><li>Great teamwork and strong communication skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Curiosity and ability to learn about complex technologies (e.g., SLAM, 3D workflows, processing pipelines). </li></ul>Nice to Have: <ul><li>Experience conducting user research and usability testing. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with 3D visualization, point clouds, or spatial UX. </li></ul><ul><li>Previous experience designing in a B2B software environment. </li></ul> <h3>HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH</h3>Your recruiting partner for this role is Rina (she/her).
