We are seeking a proactive, data-driven, and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our Vienna Operations team as a Junior Operations Associate. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our fleet operations, coordinating team efforts both in the warehouse and out in the field, and serving as the local expert to identify and address the unique needs of our riders. From ensuring vehicle readiness in the warehouse to supporting seamless customer experiences, you will tackle diverse challenges that define our operational success. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of mobility solutions in Vienna while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.This is a warehouse-based position that requires an onsite presence Monday through Friday.What you’ll do<ul style=""><li>Team Development: Onboard, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support staff to ensure efficient deployment and retrieval of shared electric vehicles while fostering a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Team Integration: Assist with the facilitations of new team members, creating a supportive and collaborative work culture.</li><li>Performance Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to warehouse leadership on team performance to help drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Operational Excellence: Identify and share best practices to enhance operational efficiency within the warehouse and contribute to Lime's global community of excellence.</li><li>Warehouse Operations: Support the maintenance of a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring vehicles remain fully operational to meet market demands. </li><li>KPI Monitoring: Assist warehouse leadership in tracking key performance indicators related to repairs per hour, tasks per hour, backlog and operational efficiencies.</li><li>Regulatory Support: Collaborate with warehouse leadership in their support to the Government Relations team on legal, regulatory, and safety matters as needed.</li><li>Event Participation: Engage in Lime events, supporting revenue growth initiatives, providing valet services, and conducting safety reviews to enhance customer experiences.</li><li>Issue Reporting: Identify and report operational or product-related issues, supporting leadership in investigating customer complaints and service incidents.</li><li>Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct and oversee vehicle maintenance and quality checks, manage battery inventory, and ensure vehicles are ready for deployment</li><li>Additional Responsibilities: Perform other job-related tasks as assigned to support warehouse and field operations which may include safely operating a Lime van</li></ul>About you<ul style=""><li>Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and German language.</li><li>1 year of experience in a professional setting (internship, entry-level operations role, or equivalent experience preferred) with exposure to operational processes and workforce management</li><li>Demonstrate a safety-oriented mindset with experience in continuous improvement and addressing day-to-day challenges to improve service quality.</li><li>Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a readiness to take on increasing levels of responsibilities and a commitment to enhancing stakeholder management and collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to understand data to assist warehouse leadership with decisions around cost optimization and operational efficiency.</li><li>Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets</li></ul>#LI-Onsite#LI-EH1If you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
