For more information, visit our website at <a href="http://www.revamp-eng.com">www.revamp-eng.com</a>.Duties &amp; Responsibilities: <ul></ul><ul><li>Create site layouts and civil land development design sheet sets in AutoCAD/Civil 3D for utility and commercial scale renewable energy projects.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, codes.</li><li>Manage time efficiently across multiple projects.</li><li>Coordinate with clients and project managers on their expectations.</li><li>Work under the guidance of more senior staff. </li><li>Work on or lead small projects or portions of larger projects in preparation of drawings and engineering documentation.</li><li>Attend project meetings and presents specific aspects of engineering assignments.</li><li>Collaboratively use judgment to determine adaptations in methods for nonroutine aspects of assignments. </li><li>Assign tasks to and coordinates work with discipline team members to complete assignments.</li><li>Assist in determining schedule and budget requirements.</li><li>Interacts with clients, customers, subcontractors, and others.</li><li>Receive direction on unconventional and/or complex problems, and possible solutions.</li><li>Receive a thorough review of completed work for application of sound professional judgment.</li><li>Perform essential duties including meeting deliverables and deadlines. </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned or directed. </li></ul>Experience, Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar applicable work experience is required.</li><li>EIT Certificate is preferred. </li><li>2+ years of experience in design and drafting utilizing AutoCAD and/or Civil3D.</li><li>Experience in the creation of civil land development sheet sets including grading, site drainage, and access road design. </li><li>Knowledge of GIS software tools desirable. </li><li>Prior renewable energy project experience is desirable. </li><li>Ability to identify and solve complex problems.</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to be both creative and analytical.</li><li>Detail-oriented and accurate.</li><li>Efficient time management – handle multiple projects simultaneously and with minimal supervision including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet all deadlines.</li></ul>Benefits for Full-Time Positions:<ul><li>Competitive compensation with bonus.</li><li>Full benefits package including a 99% employer-paid health plan, vision, life, and dental insurance.</li><li>Medical, dependent care, and commuter FSA.</li><li>Monthly health and wellness stipend.</li><li>Attractive vacation, sick, and holiday pay.</li><li>Paid parental leave.</li><li>401(k) savings plan with 100% match up to 6%, vested immediately.</li><li>Profit-sharing.</li><li>Paid volunteer time off and charitable donation matching.</li></ul>DisclaimerAll offers of employment with Revamp Engineering Inc. are contingent on the completion of a background check.
