Working with batteries is exciting, interesting and always offers something new!  The Role:The Sales Coordinator supports the day-to-day needs of our Sales team and will have a wide range of responsibilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:         <ul><li>Provide an exceptional customer experience as the first point of contact and beyond.</li><li>Accurately enter customer orders—including cancellations, return authorizations, and change requests—into the ERP system (SAP).</li><li>Ensure timely and precise processing of customer orders.</li><li>Engage with customers to provide accurate product information, promptly address their concerns, monitor emerging issues, take immediate action when possible, and escalate matters when necessary.</li><li>Respond to operational inquiries and participate in calls with customers and the Sales team.</li><li>Coordinate and fulfill ad-hoc customer requests, ensuring completion meets defined expectation</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Post-secondary education in business administration or marketing management, or 1-2 years customer support experience in a busy sales environment with a strong interest in pursuing your career in this field.</li><li>Strong communications skills with a customer-first focus.</li><li>Thrives on being organized with great follow-through, attention to details, and high motivation.</li><li>Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.</li><li>Hands on experience within an ERP system, preferably with SAP knowledge, and working knowledge with Salesforce.
