Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.</p><p>We’re looking for an experienced <strong>Key Account Manager, </strong>with a passion for tackling food waste, to join our team!</p><h3><strong>Your mission:</strong></h3><p>You will play a pivotal role in the growth of Too Good To Go Switzerland and the fight against food waste by using your experience as a Key Account Manager to develop and grow partnerships with some of Switzerland's biggest brands.</p><h3><strong>Your Role:</strong></h3><p>Your primary responsibility is to support the long term success of new and existing Key Account Partners in CH. Ensuring successful onboarding and growth of new Key Account partners, setting them up for long-term success and managing these relationships over time. You'll play a critical role in ensuring a smooth setup from launch, and laying the groundwork for sustainable impact - both in terms of footprint (active stores) and food waste reduction (bags saved).</p><p>As their trusted point of contact, you’ll work to build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders across their business, engaging them with the Too Good To Go mission and identifying opportunities for continued growth and expansion. In addition to driving early success, you’ll be responsible for managing these accounts long term - proactively identifying ways to strengthen the partnership and maximise their impact.</p><p>You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams—including the Key Account Business Development Manager, Marketing, and global commercial functions—to ensure consistency and excellence in our Key Account approach. You will report into the Head of Key Accounts Alps.</p><p><strong>The role will include:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner stakeholder management: autonomy in managing your own portfolio of chains and ensuring the relationship is strong and business KPIs are achieved.</li><li>Account Strategy: developing strategies to grow your accounts and working with the partner to increase store coverage and overall bags supplied &amp; saved, creating tailored,  joint business plans </li><li>Product knowledge: understanding of wider company strategy &amp; ongoing product development to support &amp; accelerate partner opportunities and overall account strategy</li><li>Data analysis: constantly monitoring and reviewing data to identify opportunities and create action plans with the Head Office to improve food waste reduction, as well as identifying store improvement needs &amp; scaling process improvements</li><li>Commercial planning and forecasting: building reports to track performance and identify trends, create financial projections and forecasts for internal planning and commercial proposals</li><li>Food waste knowledge : as well as strengthening the relationship, you’ll work to embed the importance of food waste reduction with partners, to reinforce our credibility as a strategic partner</li><li>Market research &amp; solution selling: independently search for new opportunities, learn about the businesses in depth, map the stakeholders and understand their decision-making process in order to drive success of Too Good To Go within their business</li><li>Collaboration &amp; communication: be the voice internally for your partners, working with Operations, ESG &amp; Marketing teams to ensure we’re maximising joint growth opportunities</li><li>Pipeline management: working with the partner to land new store expansion opportunities or new waste reduction initiatives, including building, scheduling &amp; leading training of Too Good To Go to key stakeholders along an agreed critical path</li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements: </strong></h3><ul><li>Strong Account Management experience, ideally with Key Accounts and Enterprises, demonstrating an ability to build rapport, establish trust and deepen relationships</li><li>A proven track record of achieving business growth with existing accounts.</li><li>A self-starter who brings ownership, accountability, and the drive to succeed in a high-growth environment – comfortable with speed, ambiguity, and constant change.</li><li>Excellent commercial acumen.</li><li>Experience with Marketplaces or SaaS is preferred..</li><li>You’re a master communicator, you know when to speak, you know how to listen, and you know how to engage a whole room and keep their attention.</li><li><strong>Fluency in German (C2 level) and proficiency in English (B2 level).
