We are seeking a highly skilled  <em>Sr.Software Engineer</em> in Embedded Systems to join our <em>Infotainment</em> Software team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, enhancing, integrating, optimizing, and delivering embedded system <em>application </em>features and functions for Lucid’s next-generation <em>infotainment</em> <em>systems</em>. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as application developers, architects and QA in developing and integrating new features and functions.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>In this role, you will be responsible for design, development, Integration, verification &amp; maintenance of Embedded system applications for our next generation "Digital Cockpit Platform".</li><li>Optimize performance, safety, and security of the software on Qualcomm SoC.</li><li>Integrate, test, and validate software components to ensure the required high software quality level and conformity to industry standards.</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams in realizing features</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualification &amp; Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience developing applications and services for embedded systems in C/C++.</li><li>Strong understanding of QNX or Linux OS, with proven experience.</li><li>Experience with communication protocols like MQTT, DDS, and networking protocols.</li><li>Strong understanding of design and architecture patterns, with experience in unit test frameworks.</li><li>Experience with Camera software stack, streaming protocols like RTP, Android Automotive OS, Qualcomm platform and/or other infotainment OS/platforms is a plus.</li><li>Experience using Git, Jira, and Jenkins</li><li>Self-motivated problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li></ul><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
