This role focuses heavily on advanced problem-solving, root cause analysis, and drivingcontinuous improvement initiatives. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and developing junior quality engineers, helping to build a strong quality team capable of sustaining excellence in product performance andcompliance.
