We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.<br><br>Your mission when joining Einride as a Commercial Director Benelux will be to drive profitable growth in the Benelux region. This is a crucial, high-impact role where you will partner closely with Business Unit Solution Development, Charging and Operations to ensure customer success and identify new business opportunities.</p><h3>You will</h3><p>Your core mission will be to drive the commercial activities in the region Benelux and increase  revenue potential in that region for Einride. This requires you to build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across key functions, including logistics, supply chain, operations, and sustainability. You will be expected to consistently meet or exceed quota and pipeline coverage targets. </p><ul><li>Own the full sales cycle for accounts, from prospecting and stakeholder mapping to contract negotiation and close.</li><li>Hands on leading sales projects with deep understanding of the complex technical requirements and dependencies</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and deployment teams to design compelling, feasible solutions for potential customers.</li><li>Translate global strategy into regional action, and provide feedback from the market to shape commercial strategy.</li><li>Contribute to building a scalable sales process, including pipeline development, deal reviews, and forecasting.</li><li>Represent Einride at industry events, panels, and customer meetings to evangelize the transition to sustainable freight.</li></ul><h3>We expect you to:</h3><ul><li>Have 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales and business development.</li><li>Proven success closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals with Fortune 500 companies.</li><li>Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, or sustainability-related technology and the challenges of fleet decarbonization.</li><li>Expertise in value-based/solution selling, including TCO calculations and aligning multiple stakeholders behind a shared vision.</li><li>Ability to work in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with comfort navigating ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently to engage with customers and represent Einride at industry events.</li><li>Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new aspects of the freight, EV, and autonomous technology industry — staying ahead of a rapidly evolving market.</li><li>Language requirements: English and Dutch.
