<p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Delivery Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex digital projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.</p><ul><li>Manages DPD team members.</li><li>In charge of BIM implementation on major projects.</li><li>Develops and implements strategy for Digital Transformation of end-market business.</li><li>Responsible of the implementation of the organization digital initiatives within C&amp;I business line.</li><li>Research on new tools and processes to improve project delivery.</li><li>Responsible for office BIM Standards, templates, library, etc. to enable efficient use of digital tools.</li><li>Provides input into bids; methodology and staffing.</li><li>Recruits, trains, and evaluates staff.</li><li>Reviews and signs-off of Project BIM Execution Plans.</li><li>Interface with Clients on major projects.</li><li>Kick-off projects internally.</li><li>Development and oversight of project delivery team training programs for Digital/BIM applications and processes.</li><li>Provides regular updates on team and project performance to practice leads.</li><li>Serves as Lead Verifier on projects confirming that the technical approach satisfies the client scope of services and expectations.</li><li>Serves as Account Admin for the C&amp;I business line CDE.</li></ul>
