Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. May participate in Customer Service activities and Trade Compliance responsibilities to support Business Site.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Assist in creating quotations and converting quotations to orders.</li><li>Assist with customer outreach and engagement and in setting up prospective customer processes.</li><li>Responsible for customer service and issue resolution when needed.</li><li>Responsible for providing status updates on order production to applicable stakeholders.</li><li>May assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.</li><li>Conducts research, analyzes data, determines approach, compiles and prepares reports/recommendations for management decision making.</li><li>Participate in tradeshows, technical bulletins, and quality system development.</li><li>Organizes and maintains file system, files correspondence and other records.</li><li>Coordinates and arranges meetings, reserves and prepares facilities, and may record minutes of meetings.</li><li>May coordinate activities between departments and outside parties.
