What You Will Do<ul><li>Support the Procurement Team by developing a supplier database.</li><li>Support the development of Commodity Strategy of Warehousing &amp; Transportation.</li><li>Ensure rates and pricing are up to date on any used platform.</li><li>Support with implementations.</li></ul>How You Will Do It<ul><li>Learning Clarios Products and Culture.</li><li>Learning Procurement principles and basic process. </li><li>Managing the business review process and establishing master schedule, establish the cadence of review, and ensure participation from key stakeholders.</li><li>Identifying suppliers per product category and the spend associated with supplier.</li><li>Gathering historical data on product category/mode of transportation.</li><li>Preparing cost analysis, build RFQ packages and invites for carriers.</li><li>Creating Continuous Improvement data, data analysis to improve payments, and prepare for Phase 2 implementation.</li><li>Present to Suppliers and Internal stakeholders.</li><li>Integrate Power BI and Advanced Excel applications to support the business.  </li></ul> What We Look For<ul><li>Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.</li><li>Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Business Management.</li><li>Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.</li><li>Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.</li><li>Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions if working remotely.
