This role focuses on building relationships with military and government customers to advance Radiant's microreactor technology. Ideal candidates will leverage their military expertise to navigate complex organizational structures and drive engagement initiatives.Responsibilities &amp; Duties<ul><li>Conduct research on military organizational charts, services, Combatant Commands (COCOMs), and related structures to inform strategic outreach.</li><li>Develop comprehensive stakeholder maps for key military and government customers, identifying decision-makers, influencers, and partnership opportunities.</li><li>Craft detailed engagement plans, including preparing presentation materials, meeting agendas, and briefing documents to support Radiant's business objectives.</li><li>Coordinating high-level meetings with government and military stakeholders, including follow-up and relationship management.</li><li>Collaborate with Radiant's leadership team to refine strategies and mitigate risks in government interactions.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Currently enrolled in a top-tier graduate program</li><li>Military experience, with a strong understanding of U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) structures, protocols, and operations.</li><li>U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of government-related work; eligibility for security clearance is a plus.</li><li>Location in or near Washington, DC, for easier access to government offices.</li></ul>Nice-to-Have Qualifications<ul><li>Military Flag or General Officer staff experience.</li><li>Experience in government affairs, defense contracting, or business development within the energy or technology sectors.</li><li>Familiarity with nuclear energy, clean tech, or DoD procurement processes.</li><li>Prior internship or work experience in a startup or high-growth environment.</li></ul>Additional Requirements:  <ul><li>Must be able to commit to 10-12 consecutive weeks in Winter/Spring 2026. </li><li>This internship will require working onsite at our Washington, DC office.</li><li>You may be asked to work extended hours or weekends occasionally to support project goals.</li></ul><div>Total Compensation and BenefitsRadiant's new hire compensation package includes base salary, substantial equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.
