This position will be based at the BorgWarner Arden facility in Western North Carolina and will transition to a new facility in Hendersonville, NC. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineer to lead and support the implementation of a robust Quality Management System (QMS) for a startup production line. This role is critical to ensuring a “flawless launch” by establishing and maintaining quality processes, procedures, and compliance standards with a “first time right” mindset.
